  1. Hi John, you ran out of steam with the third verse, but maybe that is part of it. For me, the first two verses were spot on… a masterful depiction of your environment… that gradually can wear us down, no veneer possible, just soulfulness showing through, no where and need to hide.

    • Thank you for this comment, Ian! You so accurately perceive the reality of this creation. I DID run out of steam on the third verse. I gave in to the self-imposed deadline of having something to post and forced an ending where one was failing to flow.
      Having allowed that to happen, and learning how apparent it was just serves to poke my sensitivity over feeling forced out of the garden and back into a day-job that robs my time and attention from that which I would prefer to be doing!
      Running out of steam IS part of it. Hah!
